The seamless coil tube (Level Wound Coil)produced by our company is mainly used in the connection of heat exchangers and pipeline systems in the air conditioning and refrigeration industries.The dimension of :Level Wound Coil is customizable, ensuring customers to get the right copper tube for their needs.Level Wound Coil (LWC) Copper Tubes feature minimum copper content of 99.9% as per IS-191 and are available in Forged / Hot Rolled / Extruded as well as Cold Worked finish in different dimensions and specifications. :Level Wound Coil are also available in hard, half-hard as well as soft conditions.
Application
Level Wound Coil used in the connection of heat exchangers and pipeline systems in the air conditioning and refrigeration industries & used for HVACR field.
Packing: Wooden pallet packing strong seaworthy, Coils will have to be collected into a pile to build round 3+3 or 7 coils carried on one fumigated wooden pallet. Cardboard flange to be inserted between each coil and to be placed onto the top of the highest one. Shrinking film wrapping the parcel, each parcel composed of 3+3 or 7 coils, will have to be characterized by a label including the dimension, gross weight, tare and net weight, packing number, production date.
