Product Description
Specially designed finned section, which form evaporation core in the flooded evaporator during the evaporating and help accelerate the evaporation. The heat exchanes efficiency is enhanced by the special design Furthermore, enhancement of the inside surface of the evaporator tube reduce forming the thermal resistance on the inside surface of tube and the heat exchange efficiency is improved a lot.The surface of the evaporator tube is densely covered with micropores, and the lower part of the evaporating hole is connected with a groove.As a heat transfer core component, finned tube work under a harsh condition of high temperature, high pressure and corrosion, which require that finned tube should hold higher performance index: anti-corrosion, anti-wear, lower contact resistance, higher stability and dust proof.
Application
Evaporator tubes suitable for full night or falling film evaporators.The evaporator tube especially suitable for flooded evaporator in the central air-conditioner centrifuge, water-cooled screw chilled water units, the shell heat exchansger.Evaporator tubes is broadly used in seawater cooling and distillation, for instance solar distillation, vacuum distillation, multi-stage flash distillation, multi-effect distillation, wave-powered distillation and vapor-compression distillation etc.
